Digital products (downloads)

• All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

• If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us within 7 days at advisoryscience@gmail.com and we’ll help you resolve it. In rare cases where we cannot provide access, we may offer a refund.

Physical products

• Returns for physical items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@advisoryscience.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
